Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum purchase or an entry fee?
No. The Silver tier is open with no volume commitment; the discount applies from the first client.
Who invoices the end customer?
As a reseller, you do. Neblu® invoices you monthly at the discounted list price for all your accounts. As a referrer, Neblu® invoices the client and pays you the commission every month for twelve months.
Does the activation fee apply?
Yes, €79 excl. VAT per new account, discounted at the same rate as the subscription, waived on annual plans.
Can I sell Neblu® under my own brand?
That is the White label offer, for operators and software vendors who want their own product. See the White label page.
In which countries?
